Cistanche seems to give me a mildly noticable boost in energy. It does help with libido but dont expect this to be as good as tongkat. It is worth taking in conjunction with tongkat as you can feel it adds something but is very mild on its own.

I’ve tried many supplements over the years, but this one has provided the most anecdotal impact for me. The most notable positive impacts are on gut health (regularity) and mood (calmness, positivity). My sleep has also felt deeper - I’m much more refreshed and in a good mood in the mornings. I haven’t had any blood tests but believe there is also a positive impact on hormones due to regular morning….tumescence. Overall, I simply feel healthier. I take one pill In the morning and one in the evening. I don’t notice either a stimulatory or sedating effect from it. It took about 2-3 weeks to really feel the impact. This one will be in my rotation for quite some time. Kudos to AF for this product.

Great for my mood, helps me sleep, resolved a long running issue with constipation, with zero side effects. If I could only buy one supplement forever it’d be this.

Cistanche works as described. I take it once daily with Tongkat. Within two weeks I noticed increased muscle gains, increase strength, decreased joint pain, decreases in DOMS, and increased libido. Not much change in mood or energy - I know that other folks have stated those as benefits. Also, AF has been one of the best vendors I have ever ordered from. They are setting the standard for customer service and quality of product in my opinion.
