Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once they leave us, UK delivery typically takes 48 hours via Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders arrive within 5–15 working days depending on location and local customs processes — some destinations move faster, some slower, but we will always get it to you.

Delivery costs

• United Kingdom — free on orders over £30. Under £30, delivery is £3.50.
• Europe — free on orders over £50. Under £50, delivery is £8.
• Rest of the world — flat rate £15, with no free delivery threshold.

Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and are your responsibility.
