Shipping policy

At Alchemy Fit Supplements, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible.

Dispatch Times

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday).

  • In the rare event that an item is low in stock, your order will be shipped within 14 days. We’ll notify you if this applies.

Shipping Services

  • UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri 3-Day service.

  • International Orders: Sent via tracked delivery services through our courier partners.

All orders include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 working days

  • Europe & Worldwide: 8–14 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or courier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shipping applies to all orders, regardless of destination. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

International Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at the time of ordering. We cannot take responsibility for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us for this reason, any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
