Placing an Order

By placing an order through our store, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@alchemyfit.co

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You may, however, return it in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Pre-Orders & Low Stock Items

If you have purchased a pre-order or a low-stock item (with extended dispatch time up to 14 days), you may cancel at any point before dispatch for a full refund.

Once shipped, the return process will apply.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse any order if:

Refunds on Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–5 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Subscription Policy & Cancellations
At Alchemy Fit, we want you to feel confident subscribing. This policy outlines your rights and our process for cancelling a subscription.
Cancellation via Customer Portal
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account at alchemyfit.co and managing your subscription directly under "My Subscriptions." There is no notice period required for cancellations made this way — your subscription will end at the close of your current billing cycle and you will not be charged again.
Cancellation by Email
If you wish to cancel by contacting us directly, a 30-day written notice is required. Email cancellation requests must be sent to info@alchemyfit.co with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation" and your order details.
Requests received within 30 days of your next billing date will take effect at the following billing cycle. You will receive your upcoming order and will not be charged thereafter.
We aim to confirm all email cancellation requests within 2 business days.
Refunds on Cancelled Subscriptions
No cancellation fees apply. Orders that have already been processed and dispatched prior to a cancellation request cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged. Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full details.
Pausing Your Subscription
If you'd like a break rather than a full cancellation, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months via your account portal or by emailing us. This may be a better option if you have existing stock and plan to continue in future.
Your Consumer Rights
As a UK consumer, you are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of your first order without giving a reason (cooling-off period). If your first order has already been dispatched, standard return conditions apply.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect.
