What we accept
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of your order date. The seal must be intact - we cannot accept returns on opened supplements for hygiene and safety reasons. This is the standard we hold ourselves to, and the standard we ask of you in return.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase
- You must include your order number inside the return package
How to Return an Item
Contact us at info@alchemyfit.co before sending anything back - we will confirm the return address and make sure everything is in order on our end.
When you send your return, include your order number inside the package. Without it, we have no way to identify your order and cannot process the refund.
A few things to note:
- Return shipping is at your cost
- We do not provide return labels
- We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit - please use a tracked service
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the original product value and outbound postage to your original payment method. No delays, no complications.
⚠️ Returns received without an order number included in the package cannot be processed, as we will be unable to identify the order.
